
Our Story
Elliott and Jennie first met at Anderson University where they were both pursuing majors in music. Jennie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (piano primary) with a minor in psychology in 2014, and Elliott received his Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance in 2016.

They were married in 2015 and currently live and work in the Anderson area.

Jennie
Piano Instructor
Jennie began studying piano at the age of 8. While at Anderson University, she as active in the University Choir as well as Noteworthy (the AU piano ensemble). She has performed in the Festival of Keys (along with Elliott) at Anderson University for the past 6 years. After gradating with her piano degree, Jennie opened a piano studio and enjoys teaching a theory based curriculum.

Apart from teaching, Jennie has experience in composition. She has performed in the Concert of Hope and Remembrance. She enjoys teaching a children's Sunday School class along with Elliott, and teaching children's church on Sunday nights. She is also an ABA therapist that works with autistic children.

Elliott
Voice Instructor
Elliott has performed in many areas of vocal music. He has performed the roles of Papageno (The Magic Flute), Count Almaviva (The Marriage of Figaro), Masetto (Don Giovanni), and Herr Eiler (The Impressario) in Anderson University's Opera Workshop. While at Anderson University, he sang in the University Choir, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, and Contemporary Vocal Lab. He has appeared as a featured soloist for the AU Music Department's Honors Recital, the Anderson Symphony Orchestra's Concerto/Aria Competition, and the Choral Masterworks series at AU. He has received superior rankings at the state and regional levels of National Association of Teachers of Singing student voice auditions and has qualified for nationals.
Since graduation, Elliott has found many ways to stay involved in music. He is the Minister of Music at Townville Baptist Church. He is the staff accompanist for the West Oak High School's beginning, concert, and chamber choirs. He gives private voice lessons at West Oak, his home studio or in his student's homes. He is also an ABA therapist working with autistic children.
